This high-purity product is a white to off-white powder with excellent solubility for wide formulation use. It dissolves readily in common organic solvents including acetone, chloroform and ethyl acetate, as well as sodium bicarbonate solution. By contrast, it is only slightly soluble in water, benzene and petroleum ether.
